How long does it take to resolve technical issues?
Our support team strives to resolve issues within 2 hours. Complex problems may take longer, but you will be updated regularly.

How can I renew my internet subscription?
Visit IBSS Nepal website. Go to the Billing/Support section. Our representative would connect with you and proceed with the remaining procedures.
