Fair Usage Policy

These are the terms and conditions set up by IBSS Nepal for Net2Home Retail Packages which is shown as below:

These terms and conditions are related to the IBSS Nepal Net2home Broadband Services and shall be applicable for  residential users only.

• The New and eligible subscribers who would like to sign up and accept the services will be charged one time Installation and Setup Fee as per the plan you have selected as per the duration shown as above.
• There will be zero setup fees for eligible clients who would like to sign up the IBSS Nepal Broadband Internet for the period of 12 months. Any Subscribers who would like to sign up IBSS Nepal Internet Broadband for the period of six months, setup cost shall be reduced by 50%.
• One time installation cost is not refundable.
• Above conditions (1,2,3) are not applicable for existing customer who is using  the IBSS Nepal Net2home internet Services and disconnect the Services before the period three months, and wish to reconnect the Services again using the same  devices with the same package. IBSS Nepal reserves the right to withhold such terms from any customer for any reason whatsoever.
• In case of renewal of subscription after 3 months of prior subscription expiration, installation charge will be taken.
• Minimum terms are known as you will have to agree to stay with us the minimum subscription period, we defined which shall be no less than the period of One Year.
• Jut in case the installed device goes haywire because of electricity sorts or any kind of malfunction at the customer end, we are not liable to replace the devices again to resume your services. In that case the customer shall pay Rs.5000 one time fee for device replacement.
• The sharing ratio of these packages is defined as 1:4.
• IBSS Nepal holds the sole rights to change, modify and terminate these services or discontinue any promotions, plans or packages anytime without any prior notification. When we made certain changes we will let you know by notices or we have posted on our official website.
• Above setup terms are exclusively applicable for those users who will procure the IBSS Nepal Wireless Broadband.
