Net2home Wireless Broadband – Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions setup by IBSS Nepal for the new broadband promotional services which is shown as below:
These terms and conditions are related to the IBSS Nepal Wireless Broadband Services and shall be applicable for small business and residential users only.
- New and eligible customers who would like to sign up and accept the services will be charged one time Installation and Setup Fee of NRs 2200 for IBSS Nepal Wireless Broadband.
- There will be zero setup fees for eligible clients who would like to sign up the IBSS Nepal Wireless services for the period of 12 months. And anyone who would like to sign up IBSS Wireless Broadband for the period of six months service, setup cost will be reduced to NRs 900.
- One time installation cost is not refundable.
- Above conditions are not available to customers who connect with the Services, disconnect the Services, and wish to reconnect the Services using the same wireless devices within the same amount of services. IBSS Nepal reserves the right to withhold such terms from any customer for any reason.
- In case of renewal of subscription after 3 months of prior subscription expiration, installation charge will be taken.
- Minimum terms are known as you will have to agree to stay with us the minimum subscription period we defined which shall be no less than the period of three months.
- For Wi—Fi Xpress, NRs. 435 will be charged as one time sign up fee for new and eligible users.
- IBSS Nepal holds the sole rights to change, modify and terminate the services or discontinue any promotions, plans or packages anytime without any prior notification. When we made certain changes we will let you know by notices or we have posted on our official website.
- Above setup terms are exclusively applicable for those users who will procure the IBSS Nepal Wireless Broadband.
Internet Packages
For Net2Home Night UltraBytes users:
- Internet connectivity will be available from 5:30 pm to 9:30 am on weekdays (Mon—Fri).
- Internet connection will be available 24 hours on weekends (Sat and Sun) with speed of 384 kbps.
- 12 hours of extra day use will be available each month, resetting the duration to 12 hours on the first day of following subscription month.
ForNet2Home Night SmartBytes users:
- Internet connectivity will be available from 5:30 pm to 9:30 am from Sunday to Friday.
- Internet connection will be available 24 hours on Saturday with speed of 256 kbps.
For Net2Home Laserbytes users:
- Registration of new user requires both purchase of subscription period and data volume.
- Renewal of subscription period requires users to have the data volume left of at least 1 GB from prior subscription or to purchase new data volume.
- In case of data volume completion, the leftover subscription period will also have the Internet connectivity of 128 Kbps.
- Data volume can be added to any existing packages. After the data volume finishes, users will be rolled back to their original subscription with no extension on subscription duration.
For Net2Home Xpress:
- Current Wi-Fi coverage area is within 300 meters radius of the installed tower in the area of use.
